New Year Declutter Part 1 - (Foundations, Concealers, Primers)

Hi there,

New Year Cleanup ^_^ it's going to be a 4 part series as I've managed to cleanup quite a lot of products.

It may not look like a lot but trust me, they are (at least for my it's quite a lot):

I'll start with the foundations, concealers and primers that I've decided to part ways with:

Here's a brief description on the products above:

- Deborah Milano New Skin Foundation "3" - I had this foundation for about 12 years.. shocking but it was sitting in the bottom of my drawer.. I promised myself that I'll toss it away with every major cleanup but I can't understand why I haven't for so long now. The shade was my super tan shade (so I used it only during summer months). I liked that it has an airless pump container but I'm gutted that when I purchased it (I was on holiday in Italy) I wasn't thinking about my everyday shade/use. Anyways.. it really is a much needed goodbye :).
- Avon Extra Lasting liquid foundation "shell" - this for my was more like a tinted moisturiser than a real foundation. For my funny skin that needs quite a lot of coverage this foundation didn't do much. It didn't break me out, that was a good thing, it just didn't do much and I couldn't make it work or layer nicely on the skin.
- Leichner Camera Clear Tinted Foundation "Blend of Tan" - this was another wrong shade purchase, I was guessing through shades online as it was an online purchase. Nonetheless I tried to make it work but unfortunately my oily skin hated it. I turned into an oil grease in matter of hours (like 2 hours max) regardless of the amount of primer, powders etc. Maybe someone with dry skin will enjoy it.. I couldn't.
- Trend It Up Color Expression Anti Shine Fluid - This did absolutely nothing for my skin. It's first ingredient is dimethicone so that says enough. I purchased it on a clearance and I can understand now why..
- Peek Black Eye Primer - I got this in the Ipsy bag, I could barely open it and once I did I couldn't figure this product out. It remained black on my eyelid, I didn't feel like it intensified the shade colors at all. I just couldn't make it work. I don't say it's a bad product, it just wasn't for me.
- Avon Ideal Flawless cream concealer "fair" - I didn't mind this product, I quite liked it to be honest. As you can tell it was almost completely gone. I just had it open for quite a long time and it was about time I tossed it in the bin. I do have a brand new backup so I'll probably start using that one along with the other concealers I have opened at the moment.
- Concealer Palette - I don't even remember what brand it was as it's not on the packaging. It's one of those mass produced products (Morphe type) that can be Private Labeled in China. I used it like twice when I bought it and that was it. Since then (around 3-4 years now) it sat in the drawer. It's time to let it go :).

Next one will have blushers, mascaras and eyeshadow palettes ^_^.

Lots of love,
Andreea
