Mauve-Plum look

Hi there,

Today I made a mauve-plum look, here it is:

Things I've used:

Eyebrows:
- Sephora Miami Vibes palette (the brown liner color);
- ELF clear mascara.

Eyes:
- Avon eyelid primer;
- ELF elements single eyeshadow shades: "wheat", "golden glow", "periwinkle" and "aubergine";
- Eddie Funkhauser  creme eye liner in "graphite";
- Rimmel London Scandaleyes kohl crayon in "black";
- Avon cosmetics big & daring and superfull mascaras in "black".

Face:
- Avon Magix face primer;
- Miss sporty "so clean" and max factor "smooth effect" foundations;
- Avon pen concealer in "light";
- Sephora concealer in "medium";
- Oriflame concealer in "light";
- ELF essential line face powder;
- Maybelline mineral powder blush shades: "fresh plum" and "original rose" mixed together;
- ELF blush and bronzer palette ( I used just the bronzer);
- Avon face pearls the highlighting ones;
- Avon makeup setting spray.

Lips:
- Avon lip liner;
- Avon lipstick in "plum verbena".

Directions:
- I started with the eyebrows... as always, I used a flat liner brush and define them then set them in place with the clear mascara;
- I prepped and primed the face then I moved on to the eyes;
- I added the primer then I added "wheat" in the crease and blended that upwards, on top of that but just in the crease I added "aubergine" and from the outer part I blended it inwards on the crease. On my entire lid I used "periwinkle", I packed that up on the lid (though I photos it didn't show up as good). On the inner part of the eye I used "golden glow", I used the same color but just a bit of it, just to make it pop on the brow bone. I used the same colors on the bottom lash line starting with "golden glow" and gradually using the darker colors as I went outwards. I added the liner using the same flat liner brush on the upper lash line. I added the kohl crayon on my waterline then added mascara and done with the eyes.
- Moving to the face I used the two foundations and mixed them together to find my right shade (I'm in between right now as summer approaches); then I used the medium color concealer from Sephora to cover my acne marks then I mixed the two light colors on my under eye area and on the parts of the face that needed light. I set everything in place with the face powder. After that I added the bronzer, I mixed the two blush colors and added the blush and I finished by adding the highlighting color.
- Finishing with the lips, I lined them and added the lipstick.
- To make sure everything lasts for the day (with minimal touch-ups) I set everything with the makeup setting spray.

I hope you enjoyed the look :)

I've noticed that my last photos from last few posts have quite a strange look so I will use a different camera in the future, hopefully avoiding this to happen again. Thanks for all your patience and for your time.

Lots of love,
Andreea
